PATHETIC SERVICE FOR PAID MEDICAL INSURANCE

I HAVE A ONEPLAN MEDICAL INSURANCE PLAN SINCE APRIL 2012. YOU CAN LOAD MONEY FOR A DOCTORS CONSULTATION AND THE MEDICATION AUTOMATICALLY ON YOUR ONEPLAN CARD.I TRIED TO LOAD FUNDS ON MY CARD THIS MORNING, BECAUSE MY HUSBAND NEEDS TO SEE A DOCTOR TODAY.I RECEIVED A GENERAL ERROR MESSAGE ON MY PHONE AND CALLED THEIR OFFICES.THEY INFORMED ME THAT THEIR SYSTEM WAS CURRENTLY OFFLINE AND THAT THEY ALSO CAN'T LOAD THE FUNDS NEEDED AND THAT I MUST TRY AGAIN LATER.
THAT WAS THIS MORNING...
I TRIED AGAIN AT ABOUT 11:00 AND STILL I RECEIVED A GENERAL ERROR.
I CALLED THEIR OFFICES AGAIN AND THEMBI INFORMED ME THAT THEY ARE STILL OFFLINE AND THAT I SHOULD TRY AGAIN LATER... I TRIED AGAIN AT 12:15 AND RECEIVED THE MESSAGE THAT MY PREVIOUS CLAIM IS STILL OPEN... I CALLED THEIR OFFICES AGAIN AND THEY INFORMED ME THAT THEIR SYSTEM IS STILL OFFLINE, THAT I NEED TO PAY CASH FOR THE CONSULTATION AND THE MEDICATION AND THEN CLAIM IT BACK FROM ONE PLAN... MY HUSBAND'S APPOINTMENT WAS SCHEDULED FOR 12:45 AND BOTH OF US ONLY GET OUR SALARY ON FRIDAY, SO I DON'T HAVE CASH NOW. ONEPLAN DON'T CARE IF THEIR MEMBERS BLEED OUT FOR THAT MATTER, YOU JUST HAVE TO TRY AGAIN LATER AND PAY CASH WHILE THEY ARE OFFLINE...
