This policy has been repudiating claims since we have opened the policy. First they brush you off by saying you in the window period of the policy which is understandable but what they don't tell the client is when their is an emergency with the insured for hospitalization you have an emergency benefit which they don't allow for you to claim, because the emergency call center agents don't know themselves what is going on and they send you around in circles saying that underwriters needs first to verify the claim before they even look at honouring the emergency claim of R4000. You first need to get the funds into the ONE card then you will be accepted by a doctor only their logic applies. However in this period my mom passes on because of no claim being honoured as underwriters constantly has to review the claim before gets honoured and that takes place at usually 2 pm and your emergency is morning hours that begs the question. I have submitted a claim as my moms operation was not successful due to negligence therefore it was termed as unnatural and her passing was within 24 hrs of the operation. The authorizations classed cause of death as natural when Dr.'s term it unnatural.
