Oneplan Health Insurance

My son was involved in an accident and was rushed to hospital. And that's where my stresses ended in terms of admission and payment.
Only 2 calls were made by us to One Plan. From then on, One Plan handled EVERYTHING.
The telephone staff were SO compassionate and helpful (Tebogo in particular and there was another lady who was equally amazing but I cant remember her name).
We didn't have to pay 1c to the hospital. Again, One Plan handled EVERYTHING.
I've always been a skeptic about these hospital insurance plans until this incident!
I can HIGHLY recommend One Plan as an excellent scheme.

One Plan health insurance, makes our lives so difficult that despite paying such exorbitant amount, gives awfully bad service. After my family gone to test for covid, One plan pays and comes back to state we owe a balance of R290, which we eventually pay, putting the ref number that they wanted, i.e. pol number. I submit the p.o.p and they come back and state that we need to provide them with more information which was never mentioned in the initial correspondence, and same information that had already been sent prior, the patients info, doctors/ service provide etc, all this whilst I have a family of 3 people heavily sick, not even a phone call to discuss this, they go silent, with no responding. They started off well, but are showing true colors of who they are. They are making life unbearable.
