DISGUSTING ATTITUDE&STILL BILLING CANCELLED POLICY

Daryl Kotze took out a life insurance policy with Momentum through Surelink Wealth, do to poor broker service we decided to move to another broker. on the 16th November 2012 I requested Donna Landman cancel the policies for Daryl& his Business partner Grant as we are not happy with their service& to please send through instructions on how to do this. After much shocking attitude from the broker Chris Bourne as well as Donna Landman 3 months later after much arguing we finally thought we had got the message across& had the policies cancelled as requested. Much to our dismay we find that they only cancelled one of the policies & Daryl is still being billed for his policy. Which is highly illegal as he is covered by another life insurance policy. I have tried calling your call center, I have tried speaking to these useless brokers and I am absolutely fed up! This is SHOCKING SHOCKING service and I cant even imagine what it would be like for a poor bereaved family trying to sort out a claim. I feel this business conduct is disgusting and we will make sure to advise all business associates of the customer service we received and how we continue to be billed for a CANCELLED POLICY!!
