I tried to settle my loan account and the call centre failed to inform me that an EFT would not be possible. I went into Greenstone Branch and the Personal Loan Consultant could not assist me with the procedure. I had to go into my bank and withdraw a large amount of cash and risk depositing this. Thanks to FNB for assisting me with the procedure of settling my Nedbank loan. I have also had to get a new settlement amount as the EFT failed and therefore incurred additional interest costs purely because of nedbank incompetence.
