Received SMS's from FNB stating FREE Airtime has been earned from Checkers Purchases, Dial *130*321# to claim. So I do exactly that and the transaction does not go through.
I checked my Rewards again and there was no airtime available - this is the second time this happened!
I call the EBucks call centre - the agent cannot help and says it is a CellPhone Banking Problem, and he transfers me to CellPhone Banking Call Centre, once again he cannot help and transfers back to Ebucks Call Centre (back & forth - Frustrating)
The lady at Ebucks Call Centre, then tells me that the Airtime Claim has expired - and usually you get 24 hours to claim.
I got the SMS on 14 Nov 2013 at 15.18 and 2 hours later it is "expired" - the sms didnt even have an expiry date or time.
Why even bother sending the SMS's to claim when you get NOTHING BACK.
I have even sent through Query Forms but no one has called me yet.
