Personal loan paid up getting calls every week

I had a personal loan at Nedbank. During April I enquired wrt what the settlement amount would be if I would want to settle such account. I had to contact the call center as its not dealt with at the branch. That specific weekend I paid an amount into this account in cash at the branch and the rest would be electronically transferred. The final amount was then transferred from my wife's account to the same account which the cash amount was paid into using my I' D number as reference as instructed by person assisting me. On April 15 an instalment was debited after the acount was settled. i called the cal centre to rectify. I spoke to a lady who assisted me an told me that i would be reimbursed and the acount would be closed. During May another debit order came off my bank account for the loan that was supposed to be paid up. Again I had to contact yhe call centre for this to be rectified. I was then instructed that the account is not paid up and the money needed to be traced as they did not know where it went. After receiving home loan statement i found that the money actually went in to home loan account. I am still getting calls to say that I owe Nedbank money.
