A week ago i placed a complaint of changes being made to my business account without my consent. the customer complaints person zeenath says she called me 3 times but i have never received a call from her or even a voice mail if i missed the call and even a email as they have my email address. this is pathetic im still waiting for the result of the investigation into how changes on a business account can be made, my atm card stopped by a 3rd party. its scary to businesses every where. to date i have had 71 people waiting for a reply as to what is the outcome on face book of this situation.
