I opened am account online with FNB and the person who helped me put all my details wrong on the system. I got my card and all but it was frozen because the details I provided on my FICA documents were different from the ones on the system. So I went to the President West branch and I recieved the best servive possible from Ms Tendani Mashavhathanga. That woman knows why she is at FNB and she is really friendly and helpfull. It did not get fixed overnight but my account is fixed and I can use it now. Big ups Tendani and FNB. I do not regret switching to FNB at all.
