FROZE MY ACCOUNT BEFORE EVEN OPENED

I applied for a business account on line, the first account I applied for was also frozen, which I managed to get fixed after three hours at the Sandton Branch - isnt the purpose of on line to NOT sit at the branch

I didnt learn my lesson and opened a second account, which is frozen still because it hasnt been transferred to a branch and no one at the call centre can undo the erroneous hold they placed on my account. A very nice lady at Cresta did try assist me, I have had this reference number since last week Wednesday - no call was received as promised, I have phone THEM twice and still my account is frozen, I cannot start my own business without an ACCOUNT!
