FNB How can we help... please wait, we're on lunch

Getting a travel cash passport has been the nightmare of my life! First of all, "trained" staff give me the incorrect information on how to reload the card, resulting in additional international charges for purchases. After complaining about that, I simply got an email asking which branch it was in order to advise them on the correct reloading procedure. Thanks FNB that helped me a lot! Secondly, on trying to cancel this absurd card, I go into the branch only to be informed I need my passport (thought it might be on an intranet file or something) to cancel the card. I return today - AGAIN - in my lunch break (as I have a job) only to wait 15 minutes to get a reply - that all "capable" employees are on lunch, leave your details and we'll call YOU when WE are ready. As if I enjoy going to the bank every 10 minutes. FNB, you have failed dismally in your attempt to make Forex easy for anyone. How can we help you... just make sure we aren't on lunch? We don't help you otherwise. I guess it's third time lucky... with probable "inactivity fees" that I would need to pay in on this excuse-for-an-easy-forex-card.
