FNB not willing to assist

I just wanted to get somebody to exsplain Fnb Loans how it works and how to combine the loans if even possible? but i have phoned Repeatedly i have been put on hold for 30 min only to have the call dropped then i proceeded to phone FNB head office to see if they can assist just to Encounter the same problems so i have wasted an hour of my time and got no where. I do not know where the FNB how can we help you part comes in because i Absolutely got no help from FNB
