IN THE USA WITH NO MONEY - HORRIBLE SERVICE

The service quality OF FNB CASH PASSPORT is horrendous!!
I live in South Africa and obtained a cash passport of my FNB branch in Centurion. I was told that this is the easiest, safest, most convenient way to travel and spend your money. I was also told that I can reload my card at anytime during my trip if I was to require more funds. HOWEVER, I am two weeks into my trip to California and am trying to reload my CASH PASSPORT card, only to experience the following problems: 1. you have to call in SOUTH AFRICA's business hours Monday-Friday from 8-5pm. (there is an 8 hour time difference) 2. I called today 7 times due to the person not hearing me and hanging up, or not understanding what I am asking for and hanging up. Someone would answer but just hang up (this happened twice) and then I was just put on hold the rest of the times. 3. When I did reach an agent, they told me there is a wait - however the line will just go dead and I wasnt transferred. 4. I would try to speak with a manager or supervisor but would not be transferred to one.
5. Being on the phone for an hour and 30 minutes trying to talk to someone cost be R60 or $6 - and then call was dropped because they closed!
