FNB Forex Service was terrible

On Tuesday (20Jun2013) I bought Forex from the FNB website and selected my closest branch Tygerberg to collect the Forex from. I was then contacted by FNB Forex 19Jun2013 saying that Tygerberg no longer offer the Forex service and i had to go to FNB Cavendish square. I explained to the lady that Cavendish was too far and asked if there weren't a closer branch. She said she would find out as she is located in Jhb and do not know the area. She later phoned back and said i can go to FNB Canal Walk at 12:00 on Thursday (20Jun2013) and ask to speak to John Smith to collect. I then went to Canal Walk at 12:00 today only to hear that John Smith is on lunch. The impression was created that an appointment was made with John Smith, which it seems it had not or John forgot about it. He could not be contacted on his phone either. No one else at the branch could also assist as John left with the Forex keys. I will never use the FNB Forex service again. As the branches that do Forex is not up to date on the website. The people who administer the Forex do not stick to meeting times and the Manager at FNB could only give excuses no solutions... i just had to wait for John to get back from lunch
