I ordered a Cash Passport card (EUROS) last week Friday. The card was ready on Monday and since then the teller at Melrose Arch branch has been trying to load forex onto it with no success.
She has tried a manual transaction directly with the forex department, no luck.
I am flying on Friday and don't wan't cash in its place as I'll pay double commission on anything unused.
Why advertise a service that you cannot provide, I am very angry and upset and this is not the kind of stress you need when planning an overseas trip!
