Monday I sent an application for finance on a vehicle, it takes bert a while to get all the departments to approve it, fine I understand that is procedure, now I need to collect the vehicle but I cant because bert never sent the contract and bert cant because the whole division are in a meeting. Now I have sold my other vehicle and I have no transport but does that bother bert no he is too busy in his meeting. My business account, my personal and family are all held at ABSA maybe I should go somewhere else where clients are more important than meetings.
