I logged a complaint on Hellopeter in January regarding my vehicle finance and ABSA that did not update my debit order as requested. A few days later I was told that my personal banker spoke to the manager at vehicle finance and confirmed that the debit order details was updated. YEAH RIGHT!!!
New month, same problem!!! I'm sorry, but unfortunately ABSA doesn't look after their clients or take them seriously. At this point I do not have a single good reason to stay with this bank.
