Purchased a new Steed and fitted running boards at Excalibur. Unfortunately a bracket mounted to the cab created a disturbing grinding sound every time i braked. Although the problem was clearly not a "manufacture's defect, ( we road tested and had the vehicle in the air) Bert identified the problem and rectified it by adjusting the bracket. Problem solved! Just pure good service. Something which is hard to find nowadays. It would of been easy to refer me back to Excalibur, but obviously this guy takes pride in his profession. Thanks GWM, i have a lot of hope for you with staff like Bert taking care of your customers! BX13PNGP.
