I have a vehicle financed with ABSA vehicle and asset finance. I use to be an active absa client, I now have an FNB account.
Since 19 November 2012 I have been trying to change my debit order details telephonic or via the internet with AVAF with zero success. I live in a rural area and strongly rely on internet and telephone services. I am referred to call centers and from there, to others, listening to "your call is important to us..." for close to 10 minutes before being told they cannot assist me. Now, I need to attempt being assisted in a branch.
I am sincerely glad I moved my business elsewhere. And my next vehicle will not be financed through AVAF.
