I have a Personal, Business account, and policies with Absa on the 14th of January 2014 I have made an application for a Vehicle finance on my Business account but to date they have not responded. The only communication I get is when I call the official at the branch whom I made an application with and (who tries very hard to assist), but the problem seem to be the person at the credit Department who apparently keeps on telling her that she is still busy with the application. Its now 10 working days withought any respond except for me calling or being called by the mentioned official at branch level.
