Outstanding service with such empathy

On Monday, 11 November 2013, I called Dial Direct call centre with a query that was handled by Mr Sharief Abrahams. What I liked about him was the ability to listen and take action. He firstly apologised for what happened, then explained to me which steps he will be taking. He called me the following day about progress and also indicated the next steps. On Wednesday the 13th he called again to update me on the steps discussed the previous day. I am so grateful for his excellent service and my gratitude is more towards him personally than to the company or the outcome of my query. Whether I got a positive or negative response, I will still be happy with the service he provided. Brilliant service indeed and bless Mr Abrahams abundantly. Its rare to get a wow service in this country.
