ABSA Vehicle Finance Call Centre frustration

The only contact information ABSA Vehicle finance gives is their call centre number 09860 669 669. This is a road to frustration when trying to talk to a living soul. My query is one that could easily have been resolved by email but no, ABSA Vehicle Finance does not allow that and you are forced into a path of total frustration trying to wade through their call centre. One would have thought that after entering one's account number, when eventually talking to an operator she would know exactly who she is talking to, but no one has to repeat everything over again. Ask the operator one simple question and one gets cut off only to have to repeat the arduous process again.
Why in this modern day and age does ABSA Vehicle Finance gives its clients the only option to contact them by snail mail or their extremely customer unfriendly call centre boggles the mind. May be ABSA Vehicle Finance does not want clients?
