Empty promises

I have since applied for a business account with fnb over the phone and they promised to send me signing documents, within 24 hours and it's being two weeks i still havent received any documents from them, i even tried to call them sveral times but still with no success, if this is the first impression i'm getting that means it will be worst than this once i'm their client
