Unacceptable!

To whom it may concern; My mother passed away about 6 months ago and left me & my sister a inheritance fund. We have been working alongside FNB Trust Services in Menlyn ever since for assistance in getting our funds paid out. We have received a first "portion" of 20% each, but we are still due another 80% each and have been having major issues in getting the remainder sum paid out. After attemting to contact FNB Trust daily via phone, email or other methods, it seems we are receiving no feedback or information at all!!
I feel this is totally unacceptable after this time period and the fact that no information can be given to us regarding this is pathetic! Its always "I dont know" or "I'll have a look and get back to you".
Under the current economic position, this has placed us on immense tension as we are relying on those funds to cater for our children & expenses. I have now come to a point where me & my sister are willing to take this matter to the furthest point possible in order to resolve this matter, and I feel absolutely no regard from FNB Trust in this matter.
Please advise urgently
