My son had his first job and started his own insurance and against our advice joined Outsurance, Not having very much he was robbed of anything valuable. The two main items were replaced within a few days (including follow up calls on the weekend). Well done. We have been with Mutual & Federal for over 16 years with no claims over R1000. We were robbed in May (also a few items) and it took a grinding six weeks to get it sorted out.
