I transferred airtime (R310) to my phone 4 weeks ago via cellphone banking. I did not receive the airtime but my credit card was debited. Ive called and reported this about 5 times with no feedback, i even went to the Sandton where i dealt with rude, unhelpful consultants, one whose name is Prince. I have, to date, not received any word about where MY money has disappeared to!!! Its disgusting service from a bank that i have made the mistake of trusting with my money. Its not the first time that they couldn't assist me with money that randomly disappeared from my account.
