Apart from the charges every month R300 goes missing in my account. Last month I reported it to the manager and he said he'll investigate. I also reported a credit card that they sent to me but I did not apply for a credit card. I refused many times when their consultants called me. Even today I have not heard from him or any one about the missing money or credit card. This month R300 disappeared again. I would really like to know what is happening with the investigation and where is my R300 disappearing to.
