Bought airtime online banking never got my money

Tried to reload my data simcard for 8ta-0813834168 with R150.00 airtime on 08 June 2013 using my cellphone banking... what a farce .. it sent me a message saying the amount was paid and yet still to date (15 JUNE 2013) i have not received my money on my simcard... forcing me to buy a further R150.00 airtime (that went thru immediately-go figure???)

Nedbank... I DEMAND MY MONEY PAID IMMEDIATELY INTO MY ACCOUNT PLEASE!!! no farcing about... no arguing... just gimme my d a m n money onto my simcard please you have cost me a weeks worth of data useage already that i cannot get back... and the longer you taker the less time i have left for the month on my simcard to use the data

I tried calling 8ta but they say they have received no instructions from nedbank as yet so they cannot help me...
