FNB account hacked, funds taken and no refund!!!

My FNB (First National Bank) cellphone banking was hacked through my phone about 4 weeks ago, they took a substantial amount of money from both my cheque and credit card account and transferred the money out and used on airtime which can be clearly seen on my bank statement.

From my FNB account they got into my Mr Price money account, where they took R4108.35 and purchased airtime with the money. After sending Mr Price money all my relevant docs and police case docs, they sent me an apology letter and have reimbursed me IN FULL, accepting that the airtime purchases on my account were done.

But from FNB " my bank for 15 years" i get this:

"Cellphone Banking Case: 17751

I refer to our earlier discussion regarding the reported case.

The case was reviewed and you will be refunded R200.00 for the transactions that occurred after your Cellphone Banking profile was blocked.

We regret to inform that we are unable to refund you for the outstanding amount of R1 950.00 .

Please find attached repudiation letter which summarises our findings.
