NEDBANK cellphone banking not trustworthy

My dad transferred money to my account on the 7th of Dec using his cellphone banking. He has me as a beneficiary, but for some reason i never got the money. It turns out that the money got and transferred into a standard bank account. Every branch i have gone to does not know what they talking about. My dad informed the Nedbank branch in Landros Mare and they charged him R342 to investigate what happened to the money? How do you charge your own client for money that got lost in your own bank. I have been with nedbank for 5years and such treatment is unacceptable. I want that money to be recovered because as a bank you need to insure security is tight and branch managers can handle such situations. Its been about 15 days and nobody knows where the money is. Neither have we got any feedback whatsoever. Can someone please sort this out because its really frustrating. The account that the money got transferred to is an unknown account number 1337440 which is an account number that was suppose to belong to standbank but it does not. May we get assistance with this matte
