Air time gone missing

The reason i posted on your wall is that, i called your service centre and i was told that some company has debited R9.00 from my account which i already reported on Wednesday... today I only made a single call at 09:24 duration to be precise 6m: Sec now where is the rest of my money???

Yesterday I complained about my airtime going missing and i was told to call your useless service centre even supervisors and managers don;t even exist there, young lady I forgot her name, she was trying her best but the amount that she was talking about couldn't even amount to what she was seeing on her system and also the number of calls made as she said i made six calls from yesterday morning the longest call duration being just over 6 minutes could have used all my R170. Amazingly the last call i made i got cut off as i have no money in my account I just purchased R180 of airtime via my cellphone banking and now to my surprise checking on my Balance... I now have R270.13.

Taking off my R180 i just topped up on I now have R90.13 that i can;t even account for... MTN stop f with my money... I still would like to know where my R170 went and how the do i account for This R90.1
