Last night I bought airtime to the value of R310. Money went off my account. No airtime received.
I then phoned CellC, after which they confirmed nothing was received on their side either.
This morning again I phoned CellC - again nothing received.
So I phoned Nedbank. I was transferred to three different people, asked to jumpt through hoops, then told "Nope sorry please phone CellC"...
that! YOU took my money, YOU sort it out. And btw, your system is out of date. For the amount of money I spent I should get 3G of data as per CellC, not the 2G you indicate.
Sort your out or give me my money back.
