FNB MAKES ME SICK!!!

On 29 Oct 2013 @ 1600 I opened a new check account with FNB. Completed all the documents and was given my own copies.

I then switched my salary drop for Nov to this new account as well as all other debit order obligations.

Today 11 Nov 2013 @ 12:33 I phoned their client service, a consultant told me the account has been closed. FNB Your Call Reference number is Ry13111137445.

Asked for reason couldn't get an answer. How on earth do you do that? How do you just close the account without informing the other contracting party?

What about my salary? Will I be able to get my salary for this month? What about alll my debit order obligations? Who is gonna pay for those late payments and charge?

What about my family? Will I be able to buy food for my three kids? School fees?

FNB makes ME SICK!!
