I have a loan account with First National Bank. When I took this loan i was asked my salary date and handed over my bank statements and salary advise, for which my salary and date was confirmed. Now every month FNB runs a debit on my account before my salary date. This causes the debit to be unpaid on that day, and then, they run the debit order again on my salary date. Because of this i am paying alot of additional and unecessary bank charges. This is also causing my a bad credit profile for me with my bank. How can I go about sorting this issue out.
