I am sick and tired of FNB behavior. I opened a cheque account over 6 months ago and was not afforded my full benefits as they said they would have to monitor it for 3 months to see my salary came in cause I was a foreigner with a permanent job. They said I could apply for my credit card after six months of which I must maintain my accounts. Of which I pay my accounts on the 25th of each month without default. No debit order has ever bounced. No account is in arrears. After applying for my credit card I was rejected and have been told it is due to 16 Debit orders not going through. I am not sure how this is even possible as I only have one debit order that comes through every month which has been paid on time. All my other accounts (mr price, Edgars, mtn, american swiss, telkom) I pay for cash. So how the is it possible that they give me a reason saying 16 debit orders Have bounced when I have only had my account for 7 months. I was also told the other reason my credit card application was rejected was due to the fact that I recently opened a Mr price account. What upsets me the most that my salary comes in every month yet I am not given my benefits on my cheque acc
