We belong to a scocial club and recently took out a funeral policy with Standard Bank. We then set up a debit order so that premiums can be debited monthly. We then found out that the debit orders have not been going through. We took up this issue with Standard Bank who have so far not responded to our issue. We also sent an official letter to Standard Bank requesting the to respond within seven days which also did not help as we are yet to receive any response
