Late Payments

For the 3rd month in a row I have been payed my salary late, it was agreed upon that my salary will be payed on the last day of each month. I have had debit orders not going through on my account upon which I do pay bank charges.
I handed in my resignation on the 22nd of September, upon I was told that I could leave and that my full salary will be in my account on the last day of the month.
I was then contacted and asked to return uniform so that my salary could be released by the 26th September 2013. Which I did as soon as possible.
Today is the 3rd October 2013 and yet again no salary in my account as what was promised.
I have been sending numerous messages each day, but with no response, even trying to call owner, Jason, which never answers his phone.
My question is does all staff members and clients in this franshise group being treated like this. That the owners only think about themselves and not really care about the staff that work for a wage to feed there families does'nt really matter to them???
