Un satisfactory claim 103674127

My car was on Monday 4 November 2013. I immediately report the vehicle to Outsurance.
Since then nothing really happened. Except asking they needed this document and that document.
In the meantime, I had to take off from work every time they need another form, which I don't get paid for. No work no pay.
The consultant Lungile should have given me all the documentation they needed, and I could have sorted it out on Monday without taking off again from work on Wednesday. I send 5 e-mails to Lungi to ask what is going on with my claim. She did not respond to any of the mail yet.
Outsurance consultant Mashi maid promise, that they would send a courier service on Friday 8 November 2013 to collect the original paper because they cannot work on scanned documentation. Without even following up on this knowing they obvious did not receive the documentation.
In the mean time I am without a car and do not even know what will be paid out and what amount, so that I can start looking for another vehicle.
They also said I cancelled my Out and about when I only cancelled the rings that were insured extra. Know I ask for proof where I said, that since they record the calls
