NOT GETTING MY VEHICLE FIXED

On the 8 March, outsurance client Pravesh Pillai hit our vehicle at 22h30. Mr Palli took responsibility for the accident and submitted details to Outsurance on Monday, 11 March SP Nkaji contacted us to say that she is aware of the Claim but does not inform us that documentation need to submitted. On Wednesday, 13 March I called Outsurance to ask how far the Claim is and a rude guy by the name on Zamin says there is nothing on the system. With that I called Mr Pravesh Pillai and when he called Zamani, Zamani told him that I have have to send the following documents, Drivers License, Vehicle Registration document, COPY of my ID, Sketch of accident, No Claims letter from my insurance, which I sent on 13/03/2013 at 14:21. To make matters worse I was sent for two asseseements for my vehicle damages, at Durban Panelbeaters after I told Shantel Govender that I went for the assessment on Thursday, 14 March at 08h30. Shantel Govender insisted that i go back on Monday, 18 March, only to be told by the Outsurance assessor that the assessement was done on 14 March. Shantel has been very rude to me as this is a third party claim yet her client was at fault. Still no feedback from Outsurance.
