DEALING WITH MY CLAIM INCORRECTLY P/N 92558547

My Mercedes was hit by a Mrs C.W. Venter's vehicle on the 4th December 2012. She reversed into my vehicle and acceppted responsibility. I do have a third party claim against her and she was insured with Outsurance. I contacted the insurance company and Mrs Venter and was instructed to take the vehicle to their accredited panel beaters (Status Panel Beaters in Marbug) and to get another quote which was from Parkhiill Panel Beaters cc. All declarations, application forms, proof of licence, affidavit stating that there was no insurance on the Mercedes and ownership of the vehicle forms have been submitted and received by Outsurance. After many telephonic calls and e mails I received documentation from Outsurance to say they have approved R 13276.23 for final settlement (Without Prejudice) for the repairs to my vehicle. The manager, Mr Haden, of Status Panel Beaters will not start working on my car because Outsurance has only approved the amount of R 13276.23 whereas the damages come to an amount of R 40 029.61 and he has told me to get further legal advice and contact Outsurance. I have been to the Prosecutor in Hibberdene and he has suggested I see Judge Swanepoel
