I was involved in an accident on the 15th of November 2013 my claim was aproved by Outsurance a week after Maureen Siobo claims that it is paid to MFC i have been asking the lady at MFC to check my payement it does not show on the system and she can not work on the claim untill MFC has been paid. I have asked outsurance for a proof of Payment nothing has been sent. They all talk nicely on the phone but nothing has happened i am the one always calling them and the lady from MFC who is always writing them emails and they never respond. i wish i can know what is realy making then not send proof of payement to me or MFC?
