Due to accident on the 19 October 2013 I had to do claim with Outsurance. On the day the consultant was great in helping me to do the report and make sure I fine. Vehicle gets tow away to their yard. I then battle to get the claim approved for repairs. Only on the 27 October 2013 I received the approval for the vehicle to be repair.
But Outsurance never send a release note to the repairer to pick the vehicle from the yard. After I phone to requested that they send it on the 29 October 2013 only then was the release note send.
Today 20 November 2013 I phone the repairer to find out when I will get my vehicle and then I was inform that Outsurance still did not approved unseen damages and parts that was claim after the vehicle was stripped. No parts can be order by repairer without the authorisation from Outsurance, and no repair can take place. I had to phone Outsarance again asking when this will be approved.
Outsurance would have call me back but no call not even sms or mail with feedback. 32 days and I still battle to get the approval for my vehicle to get repaired.
And they still send me a requested to complete a survey.
