Outsurance agreed to pay me out for damages to my car for which they could not provide a service provider to do the work within a reasonable time - claim No. 93087991. According to the agreement reached telephonically on Friday 25 January I just had to sign a document and return it to them - all of this was done immediately on Friday 25 January. In the meantime I did find a panelbeater to do the work immediately and the car will be ready for collection on Thursday, 31 January - only problem is that Outsurance did not keep to their undertaking, resulting in no pay-out to me. Enquiries in this regard had absolutely no response but previous complaints on Hello Peter did - it seems to be the only route!
