I damaged by Laptop, which I had issured against loss or if it's. I called Outsurance to let them know and Guess what?? They told me because I had taken "accidental damage cover" which I thought was only fot the TV... I was covered for this as well.. What a relief that was.. The allocated a techician from Pretoria for inspection, and since I'm in Witbank he couldn't come over the weekend.. I told Lungi this was a concern for me in terms of time lapsing (I'm writing exams).. She cancelled those accessors and told me to go to any incredible connections or matrix for damage inspection and ask for a report... I did exactly that, Guess what?? With 4 hours of her receiving the report, she called me with feed back on how the replacement was gonna take place etc... Painless, effortless and right fantastic.. And this is how?? Insurance oughts to be!!! Baie Dankie
