SUCH A INCONVIENCE

I applied for a gold cheque card and was approved for a gold cheque card, a few days later I was contacted via the courier company so they can delivery my card. I explained that I stay on a farm between witbank and Ogies
First the lady form the courier company had difficulty with the directions. I asked why cant FNB delivery my card to the branch and I can go and pick it up there. She explained that the need to bring it to me. Anyways I made sure that I was home today to receive the card, the courier company contacted me and then told me that I need a proof of residencial adress with me, I stay with my mom, and the munisipality account is in her name and she is abroad, Then I was told that she needs to set up some letter stating that I stay with her, I have no problem doing this my huge issue is that I made sure I was at home today to get the card, which I cant get cause of this issue regarding the munisipal account, Sending cards via couries is a inconvience, why in the cant I just go with my mom and the munisipal account to my branch and pick it up??? its such a incovience when sending cards via couries!!!
