I upgraded my account to a platinum account and ordered a platinum credit card, on the order there was the option to have the card delivered or fetch at branch, I chose to pick it up at a branch as previously the courier company had called me for six weeks with regards to a card of my fathers, even after I had referred them to call him and called them back to ask them to stop calling me, which they had never sorted out and kept on calling me, until I had organised for the card to be delivered to my fathers house which is in another province.

My actual problem is that since I had ordered my credit card 23 March 2013 on and asked to fetch it at the Claremont branch (I also have a complaint about this branch, when I updated my residential address they lost my details and I had to go into the bank again on another occasion to update them again). After a few days I got a sms saying my card will be delivered to me and the courier company will deliver my card, A week after that I got a call to say that they cannot deliver on the promised day but by the end of the week they will have it delivered to me. A week later I had not heard anything from the bank nor the courier company.
