Both my husband and myself were phoned by a courier company last week to say our credit cards were ready. We were asked where we would like our cards delivered, to which we both replied FNB Randpark Ridge. When we had not heard anything by this week Wednesday, we phoned Randpark Ridge to be told the cards had not arrive. I then telephoned the Credit Card Division only to hear that it had been marked as hand delivery to an address we last resided 13 years ago. We were promised the card would be at Randpark yesterday. Nothing has happened.
FNB Change your card delivery process or your courier service. My card has now expired and I do not have the replacement card.
