WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

I opened an additional account at FNB. I requested the card to be delivered. a Lady from the bank phoned to say that I must get my ID and Proof of residence ready as the courier company Will deliver the card. I explained to the lady from the bank that we stay on a farm but we dont pay any water and lights bill or rent the house. She said its fine as long as I have a letter to state that I stay at the mentioned address. The courier guy was suppose the deliver the card yesterday already. He came in here this morning. He sat on my chair on his 7th nerve as he was on holiday. He also tried to read the letter but didnt even understand Afrikaans. I told him I am busy and ask whether he is going to assist me or not. He's reply: " DONT rush me". He left my office without giving me the card, It was the worst attitude that I ever saw. He works for CCD courier company.
