FNB Branch Card

I opened a FNB account via online banking on the 11 June 2013. I was told that CCD couriers would devliver my Gold Cheque Card. I then received an sms notification from CCD Couriers on the 14 June 2013 stating that they have received my card and will conntact me to confirm delivery. I was later contacted and provided a delivery address and later received another sms stating that my card will be delivered on the 19 June 2013. That day come and left and there was no delivery, I was then contacted and told that they would make arrangements to have my card delivered at a later date. Today (25 June 2013) I still have not received my bank card and I still have not been contacted. I stuck with a bank account and no bank card. i have debit orders that will be going off soon and I require my card in order to transact. Instead when I call CCD Couries today, I'm giving a number for their Western Cape branch to follow up with. Why am I the one who has to do the following up on the delivery of my own bank card??? If this the way in which companies that are affiliated with FNB operate, then maybe I should switch banks as well while I'm at it.
