No card after receiving sms stating that i have to

Good day

i received an sms stating that i have to collect my card from industria but when i got there on saterday they told me that there is no card for me as i have not applied for one but i logged a complaint before this and was told that my card will be delivered to that banch and they will notify me when it is ready. i am not happy about this i was aked if i wanted them to deliver or will i collect due to me having problems with them delevering i asked to collect but now there is no card to collect.
